London Sew uses supplier partners to fulfil orders. Processing and dispatch times can vary depending on product availability and supplier operations.
Estimated delivery
Our current estimated delivery window is 4–9 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may vary due to destination, supplier processing, carrier operations, customs checks or other events outside our control. If a more specific estimate is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation, please refer to that information.
Shipping charges and tracking
Any shipping charge shown for your order will be displayed at checkout before payment. If tracking is available, tracking details will be shared when provided by the fulfilment or delivery partner.
Delivery details
Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfilment.
Delays, missing or damaged orders
If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, email aawarapansamrat@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will review the issue with the fulfilment partner and explain next steps. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
